A steel pipe Vierendeel girder with “outrigger-type” stiffening provides the horizontal stability for the four non-supporting tubes. The structure transfers and displays the bending and the transverse forces separately. Cast elements connect the steel pipes and serve as anchorage for the four staggered prestressed cable strands.
