Our recently finished Universiade Sports Center in Shenzhen with gmp architects has already won several awards in the last month. After the project was previously awarded twice in 2009, now all three buildings of the complex were chosen. The stadium, the arena and the swimming pool each won the Chinese Gold Medal Award of Steel Structure for the highest quality in design and manufacture of steel structures. For the excellent overall planning of the stadium it was also awarded with the Chinese Excellent Design Award of Steel Structure of the Chinese Construction Metal Structural Association (www.ccmsa.com.cn).
