Your tasks
In your role, you will manage challenging projects both nationally and internationally, overseeing all phases of structural design with a particular focus on structural monitoring, service-life assessment, and existing structures. As an experienced engineer, you will develop practical solutions for new construction, maintenance, and deconstruction projects. You will apply your expertise in the monitoring and evaluation of exceptional structures and, depending on your experience, take on the technical leadership of project teams. You will also communicate confidently and professionally with clients, planners, and contractors.
What you bring to the role
- A degree in Civil Engineering with in-depth knowledge of structural engineering
- A passion for innovative solutions in structural and measurement-based monitoring
- Several years of professional experience in the field of structural design, ideally with a focus on structural monitoring, service life assessment, existing structures, or structure inspections in accordance with DIN 1076
- Proficiency in modern structural analysis software such as SOFiSTiK, and at least basic proficiency in CAD programs like AutoCAD/Revit, Allplan, or Rhino
- An independent, goal-oriented and reliable approach to work with a high level of commitment
- Strong communication skills and an open-minded approach when dealing with clients, planners, and contractors
- Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
