As a Project Manager Facade Engineering, you will take on a key leadership role with plenty of creative freedom and responsibility. Working closely with sbp management, you will collaborate as an equal partner within a dynamic, interdisciplinary team. You will oversee both employees and projects, applying your extensive technical expertise to drive the development of innovative solutions. Together with us, you will expand our facade design expertise, strengthen technical knowledge, and set new standards in facade engineering.
Your Tasks
- Independently plan and execute technically and aesthetically demanding projects worldwide, considering engineering and building physics requirements
- Develop creative and innovative solutions in close collaboration with renowned architecture offices and consulting engineers
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, clients, and contractors
- Oversee projects comprehensively, from concept development to successful implementation
- Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers in facade planning, while actively building and consolidating expertise in this field
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager in facade design, including developing detailed solutions for various facade types
- Strong technical expertise in building physics, materials science, construction methods, and detailing
- Good knowledge of national and international regulations related to facade construction requirements
- Experience in guiding and mentoring designers, as well as working with architects and clients
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and commitment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
