As a Technical Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of Architecture/Structural Engineering, you will work closely with one managing director and play a key role in project acquisition and early conceptual phases. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to numerous high-profile projects globally while enjoying significant creative freedom.
Your Responsibilities
- Support ongoing acquisition processes and prepare competition documents
- Prepare project presentations and portfolios
- Create design reports
- Build and maintain contacts within the global sbp network, as well as with national and international architects, clients, and partners
- Independently handle phone calls and email inquiries addressed to the management
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, create presentations for the management
- Assist in drafting contract documents
Your Profile
- Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering or a related field
- Ideally initial professional experience
- Passion for design, a high degree of creativity and a keen sense of design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
- Excellent knowledge of Rhino and/or Grasshopper
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus!
