Technical Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of Architecture/Structural Engineering

As a Technical Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of Architecture/Structural Engineering, you will work closely with one managing director and play a key role in project acquisition and early conceptual phases. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to numerous high-profile projects globally while enjoying significant creative freedom.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing acquisition processes and prepare competition documents
  • Prepare project presentations and portfolios
  • Create design reports
  • Build and maintain contacts within the global sbp network, as well as with national and international architects, clients, and partners
  • Independently handle phone calls and email inquiries addressed to the management
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings, create presentations for the management
  • Assist in drafting contract documents

Your Profile

  • Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering or a related field
  • Ideally initial professional experience
  • Passion for design, a high degree of creativity and a keen sense of design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent knowledge of Rhino and/or Grasshopper
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus!
  • Structured and responsible work approach, even under high workload
