Double honor at the NAN Awards 2025

Great success at this year’s NAN Awards from NAN Arquitectura: Both the innovative LG SkyRibbon at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium and the Roig Arena in Valencia received awards at the ceremony.

The LG SkyRibbon at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium received the award in the category “Electricity, Lighting, Home Automation, Photovoltaics, and Control Systems.” The SkyRibbon impresses with its innovative LED strip, developed in collaboration with LG. The nearly 2,000 m² floating light ring redefines the fan experience and sets new standards in stadium technology with its extraordinary lightness and flexible geometry. In addition to LG, other project partners include Telefónica, BatSpain, and E2 Digital Integrated Solutions. The multidisciplinary team focused on an intelligent, sustainable solution that combines energy efficiency with spectacular lighting.

The Roig Arena, designed in collaboration with ERRE arquitectura, won the “Best Equipment / Large Infrastructure” category. The modern multifunctional arena forms a new cultural and sporting center for the city of Valencia. With a capacity of around 15,600 spectators for sporting events and up to 18,600 for concerts, the arena offers ideal conditions for a wide range of events—from basketball games to music and cultural events to major international events.
