Another extraordinary pedestrian bridge is nearly completed. The last steel construction segment of the footbridge over the Sarawak River in Kuching (Malaysia) was lifted several weeks ago.
The S-shaped cable-stayed bridge with two inclined masts and a steel tube section has a main span of 133 meters and a total length of 330 meters. Several resting areas invite pedestrians to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view over the river and the city.
