Every two years in October, we organize our workshop days “Meet & Connect”, where employees from all sbp offices worldwide come together. This year, for the first time, the event took place at our office location in Berlin. In total, more than 260 employees from Stuttgart, New York, São Paulo, Shanghai, Paris, Madrid, and Los Angeles joined. Among the participants were many new colleagues, making this event especially valuable for our office culture and strengthening cooperation and exchange between the locations.
The more than 60 activities included seminars, lectures and excursions on a wide range of topics. Additionally, numerous project-based workshops were held, allowing all employees to gain insights into different areas of work at sbp beyond their own projects. Key topics and location-specific tasks were also explained and discussed together.
Other highlights were the two evening events, where there was plenty of time to get to know each other better on a personal level and to engage in conversations outside of the usual work environment. The event concluded on Sunday with various tours through Berlin.
It was a unique event for all of us to meet old and new colleagues in person and to celebrate us and our work together in Berlin!
