The winning design for the new headquarters features a twelve-story building with three floors underground and up to nine floors above ground. It is designed as a jointless frame structure in solid construction. The building’s volume extends to several voids, which envelop the central atrium. Further characteristic design features include the cantilever above the main entrance as well as the column-free main foyer.

While RLB Campus’25 is yet to be built, another sbp project is already under construction in the city of Linz: the 4th Danube Bridge.
