For our Shanghai office we are hiring a Business Development Manager with experience in the engineering and architecture industry.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Representation of the office at key events for acquisition purposes
- Acquisiton of new customers and projects
- Building customer relationships and networking
- Being the first contact person for potential customers
- Preparation of bid documents
- Creation of graphic and written content for proposals, interview presentations, and general business development materials
- Organization and maintainance of project sheets, resumes, project portfolios and company profiles
- Preparation of offers and project reports
- Collaboration with our other branch offices
Your Profile
- A bachelor degree in Engineering / Architecture / Design / Urban Studies or a related field
- Good knowledge of English and Chinese (business fluent) and excellent communication skills
- 3-5 years of work experience as a business development manager or in a similar role
- Good expertise in working with Microsoft Office
- Experience in working with Adobe Creative Suite programs is a plus
- Strong interest in special structures, design and architecture
- Goal-oriented and self-organized way of working
