In the coming months, sbp gmbh will change its legal form and become a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE). With this change, we are making our company future-proof and establish a basis for the next generation of our office.
The change to sbp se is also a reaction to the changing demands of the markets and society, which we want to continue to meet in a reliable and contemporary manner. Content wise and in our structure, we remain connected to our values and continue to build on them as we always have. At the same time, we foster our growth in the European and international markets.
The change of legal form requires a successive transformation: Therefore, sbp gmbh will transitionally become a German stock corporation (sbp ag) before the transformation into an SE is possible. Last week, this step was taken with the official entry in the commercial register. The transformation into an SE will take place in the upcoming months.
The Executive Board and Supervisory Board of sbp ag will remain staffed with the existing partners. For formal reasons, our consultants Georg Heni (financial auditor) and Klaus-Dieter Rose (lawyer) are currently supporting us on the Supervisory Board until the transition to sbp se is implemented.
After the successful transition to sbp se, the management will be supported by further new managing directors from our company in addition to the existing partners.
