sbp sonne was represented again in this year’s SolarPACES (Solar Power and Chemical Energy Systems) conference. Managing director Markus Balz, Gerhard Weinrebe and several members of their team attended the event in Casablanca, Morocco.
During the four-day symposium, they held several lectures, such as in the conference sessions on central receiver systems and on software tools for concentrating solar power (CSP) analysis and simulation. Also, they presented a poster. The conference focused on the current state of research and development in the field of CSP.
SolarPACES is the world’s most influential CSP research conference. It takes place once a year and is attended by more than 500 participants from 40 countries. This year’s SolarPACES 2018 was held from October 2-5 at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca.
