Infra-light concrete: it is lighter than water. It is so light that it insulates. It is so durable that it is load-bearing. With this construction material, monolithic fair-faced concrete walls are possible again. The opening of the “Betonoase”, the first passive house made of infralight concrete for a public building owner, provides an opportunity to take a look at the current state of developments.
