As one of the last city blocks in the area around the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin-Friedrichshain, one of Berlin's tallest towers is built between the East Side Mall and the bridge "Warschauer Brücke". The glass facade features stair-like slits and leafy terraces, which loosen up the structure of the office high-rise building. In addition to the office spaces, there will be a public roof terrace as well as cafés, restaurants, and possibly a hotel.
