The new ten-story high-rise apartment building on Singerstrasse in Berlin-Friedrichshain, between Alexanderplatz and Ostbahnhof, has one additional setback story and an underground parking lot. The neighborhood’s architecural value is expected to increase through the construction of the new apartment building. It is designed as a reinforced concrete frame structure with a highly insulated grey clinker façade.
