This project is a new top floor construction as well as a reconstruction and renovation of the exisiting floors of a residential and office building from the period of promoterism. The building from 1907 is a masonry structure with wooden and steel beams. partially with cast beams. The ceilings above the basement and above the first floor are built as solid ceilings or steel and stone ceilings. The new top floor has two floors including a gallery level.
